Abstract

There is an increasingly common practice, sharing through the internet, especially on social networks, our daily lives. In this area, there are parents who expose their own children, which can pose a very significant risk to them. For this reason, we must know the essential elements about the publication of information of minors by their parents on social networks, such as the person or persons who must provide consent, if there can be tacit consent, what happens if the people who must give their consent do not agree or if a publication of such characteristics can be made according to social uses. The following issues are dedicated to these circumstances and their effects.

Existe una práctica cada vez más habitual, compartir a través de internet, sobre todo en redes sociales, nuestra vida cotidiana. En este ámbito, existen progenitores que exponen a sus propios hijos, lo que puede suponer un riesgo muy importante para ellos.
