Is it possible that there is an inclusive citizenship without an Israel nationality? A politological perspective

Abstract

This present work addresses, from a politological perspective, the non-existing Israeli nationality and the motives for the non-existing constitution that governs the civic life of the country. It analyzes the historical and legal precedents of Israel's birth and the legal-social structure of the state. With authors such as Dahl, Smooha and Habermas we will characterize Israel as a Polyarchy and Ethnic Democracy in search of a modernist development; which will establish a common nationality for their corporate identities beyond ethnicity, thus deepening the civil rights of all its citizens.El presente trabajo aborda desde una perspectiva politológica la no existencia de  la nacionalidad israelí y por qué motivos no existe tampoco una constitución que rija la vida cívica del país. Analiza los antecedentes históricos y legales del nacimiento de Israel y la estructura jurídico-social del país. Con autores como Dahl, Smooha y Habermas caracterizamos  a Israel como una Poliarquía y Democracia Étnica en busca de un desarrollo modernista, que establezca una nacionalidad común para sus identidades societarias más allá de la etnicidad, profundizando  así  los derechos civiles de todos sus ciudadanos.
