2025-05-142025-05-14https://hdl.handle.net/10953/5463Article 10.2 of the Spanish Constitution requires that constitutional norms relative to fundamental rights be interpreted in conformity with the international treaties on those matters ratified by Spain. The proper interpretation of this interpretative criterion can help to expand the impact of the international law of human rights in the Spanish legal system.
