[ES] Los lípidos de la dieta ejercen una importante modulación de la funcionalidad del sistema inmune. Podemos establecer una relación directa entre los efectos inmunomoduladores de los lípidos presentes en la dieta y una situación de infección. El objetivo de esta Tesis es analizar el efecto de la alimentación prolongada con diferentes dietas lipídicas en los mecanismos de resistencia de ratones inmunosuprimidos e inmunocompetentes, frente a una infección con la bacteria Listeria monocytogenes. Encontramos que ratones alimentados con una dieta rica en aceite de pescado, presenta una menor capacidad de supervivencia frente a una infección, a pesar de mostrar una mayor activación de la inmunidad tanto en situación de inmunocompetencia como de inmunosupresión. La dieta de aceite de oliva muestra mayores beneficios en el tratamiento que depleciona a los linfocitos TCD4;. El tratamiento con el anticuerpo antigranulicítico RB6-8CS es el que produce un mayor grado de inmunosupresión.

[EN] The lipids of the diet exercise an important modulation of the functionality of the immune system. We can establish a direct relation between the effects inmunomoduladores of the present lipids in the diet anda situation of infection. The aim of this Thesis is to analyze the effect of the supply prolonged with different diets lipídicas in the mechanisms of resistance of mice inmunosuprimidos and inmunocompetentes, opposite toan infection with the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes. We find that mice fed on a rich diet in fish oil, he presents a minar capacity of survival opposite to an infection, in spite of showing a majar activation of the immunity so much in situation of inmunocompetence as of immunosuppression. The diet of olive oíl shows majar benefits in the treatment that it eliminates to the lymphocytes T CD4. The treatment with the antibody antigranulocytic RB6-8CS is the one that produces a majar degree of immunosuppression
